Extremely rude and un-helpful!!!

All I wanted was filling for bean bags and this proved way to hard.  We called and requested that they deliver and I agreed to a ridiculous fee of 500 bucks for a next day delivery.  We were out for the day and when we return there were no beans in site.  When my girlfriend called to see what happen the response was "I forgot", nothing else just "I forgot".  Understandable upset, my girlfriend asked how could you just forget and asked when can they deliver?  The response was then that they did not want our business as my girlfriend was angry with her and that we had not paid them any money yet so "wala"...  What the?!?!  What do you expect us to be happy that you forgot and how the hell am I going to pay you money before you deliver?????  Am I supposed to drive out there pay a deposit and drive back to wait for the beans?  Sort of defeats the purpose of a delivery.

I called later demanding an explanation and the tune of this woman changed, it was no longer that she forgot, their truck is now in bad health!  Well, what is it bad memory or bad truck?

Don't do business with these people and you will not be disappointed!

Madhel is a nice seller.... she answers all your questions and make compromises para mapag bigyan ang request ng buyer.

She is nice... although sometimes there is a delay in the time span that she answers my messages, she is easy to deal with. I got my money's worth sa Sofa na inorder ko sa kanya along with a glass center table and Uratex Fold a Mattress.

I love the Sofa set Madhel..... Thank you so much for the honest and fast transaction. Next time I'll order naman a dining set pag naka bili na ko maluwag na house....  ^_^

hi madhel! it was nice doing business with you, my sofa is great! I liked it, khit luma bahay ko, ganda naman ng bago kong sofa! the sofa looks expensive yet it was priced lower than you think it is... if you were to buy this kind of sofa in furniture shops or mall, i'm sure it will be priced much higher. my sofa color is different from the Advertisement ID i used though the model is the same. thanks to you!

I had two furnitures made by madhel. First is dinning set second is tv rack. Both finishes were not good terms of quality. Yung TV rack twice kong pinaulit yung paint kasi "Bara Bara" gawa. Pati mechanism for the sliding cabinet was really really cheap and  kumakaskas sa paint. Yung butas sa likod for the wires hindi man lang niliha.

In terms of coordinating she does not reply to txt or return calls. Not true to the promises in terms of delivery dates and meet ups. She will not respect your time minsan mang iindian pa.

Her furnitures are 20-30% cheeaper but I suggest just buy sa malls/furniture shops or known furniture makers to ensure quality. 2-3 months down the line you'll regret it. the dinning table she made may mga paint cracks na. I'm calling her everyday but no answers obvious na nagtatago.

I'll be posting next week the furnitures she made because i'm selling it!
