Extremely rude and un-helpful!!!

All I wanted was filling for bean bags and this proved way to hard.  We called and requested that they deliver and I agreed to a ridiculous fee of 500 bucks for a next day delivery.  We were out for the day and when we return there were no beans in site.  When my girlfriend called to see what happen the response was "I forgot", nothing else just "I forgot".  Understandable upset, my girlfriend asked how could you just forget and asked when can they deliver?  The response was then that they did not want our business as my girlfriend was angry with her and that we had not paid them any money yet so "wala"...  What the?!?!  What do you expect us to be happy that you forgot and how the hell am I going to pay you money before you deliver?????  Am I supposed to drive out there pay a deposit and drive back to wait for the beans?  Sort of defeats the purpose of a delivery.

I called later demanding an explanation and the tune of this woman changed, it was no longer that she forgot, their truck is now in bad health!  Well, what is it bad memory or bad truck?

Don't do business with these people and you will not be disappointed!

hi! ako ung nag sauli ng downpayment ko kanina, pasensya na sa feedback ha, bwisit na bwisit lang ako sa ginawa mong pambibitin sa order ko. tip lang, wag ka mangangako sa customer ng ndi mo kayang gawin, sayang business mo

sir, parang unfair po kasi i didnt commit in the first place sabi ko lang po ittry natin kasi loaded nga po kami db? di nga po ako nagbigay ng date kasi di ko talaga kaya icommit anyways..

I had two furnitures made by madhel. First is dinning set second is tv rack. Both finishes were not good terms of quality. Yung TV rack twice kong pinaulit yung paint kasi "Bara Bara" gawa. Pati mechanism for the sliding cabinet was really really cheap and  kumakaskas sa paint. Yung butas sa likod for the wires hindi man lang niliha.

In terms of coordinating she does not reply to txt or return calls. Not true to the promises in terms of delivery dates and meet ups. She will not respect your time minsan mang iindian pa.

Her furnitures are 20-30% cheeaper but I suggest just buy sa malls/furniture shops or known furniture makers to ensure quality. 2-3 months down the line you'll regret it. the dinning table she made may mga paint cracks na. I'm calling her everyday but no answers obvious na nagtatago.

I'll be posting next week the furnitures she made because i'm selling it!

haay madhel sayang business mo! You lost good referrals from me and wife.

Hello Madhel,

I am the person who ordered slip covers for my couch last friday. Your company promised me delivery on Monday but so far no delivery yet. The price they quotedafter receving my order (I kept asking for a quote before but they never gave it though I have sent them photos of my sofa) is oxorbitant and I called them for clarification but all they did was fence my questions. Please just let's settle this ASAP. I also wish that you clarify your company's system. If you come off hard to understand you will definitely lose customers.

I ordered a simple canvas material, pero mas mura pa ang brandnew na chaise lounge na to:

I mean, my God, they quote 7,000 Php for just the slip covers. I am very insulted and I really wish Madhel settle this quickly. Please just explain what went wrong and finish the work I sent you and then send me the correct pricing.

We’re very disappointed with this shop. We ordered a double-size upholstered bed frame last June 7 and paid half of it for the down payment. Our agreement is that they will finish it in 1 week. So by June 14 (after 1 week), we went to the shop just to check the status of our bed; we already thought that it may not be finished yet but we thought that it’s already in its finishing touches. To our dismay, they haven’t started doing our bed. So by June 17, I called Madhel to check again the status of the bed but again she said their carpenter went somewhere and they haven’t started the bed yet. She promised though to deliver it on Saturday (June 21) and latest is Sunday (June 22). So June 21 evening, we went again to the shop since they didn’t deliver the bed. My last bit of patience was gone when I saw that the bed was still in initial framing and found out that they just started doing it Friday (June 20). They said another excuses but I didn’t even bother about it, I just asked them to return our down payment. I was asking them when they can finish it but they cannot give me any date. Yell

 

Lesson here, its okay to buy to small shops (like Sargento) BUT ensure that they can deliver the item ON-TIME and with QUALITY. Checking on the bed that they are doing, I can say it’s not their expertise and their working place-it’s really sore in the eyes.

 

My suggestion is to check on other mid-class furniture manufacturer, it maybe more expensive but you can be sure of the service and the quality of the product.

mahirap kausap.... at ang bagal.  halos hallos isang bwan bago magbigay ng quotation.... palaging wala at hindi nagrereply sa email. i've seen the shop at ang dumi dumi.  very unprofessional.  hindi marunong magrespeto ng client.  napaaka bastos kausap

we are not satisfied sa pinagawa namin sofa sa sargento upholstery. we thought na kapag nagpa made to order ka eh mas maganda kesa sa nabibili sa mall but we were wrong. mas maganda pa yung nabibili sa mall eh. we didnt get our money's worth sa pinagawa namin na sofa. we brought already the magazine para gayahan pero hindi nasunod. yung tela na ginamit hindi maganda. sabi nila magandang materials ang gagamitin nila. then the size ng sofa hindi din nasunod. hindi pulido ang pagkakagawa sa totoo lang. masyadong rush ang gawa.

from our experience with them i dont think magpapagawa pa kami sa kanila. and i dont think we will recommend them to anybody. siguro baka kami lang ung nagcocomment ng ganito but there's always a first time. and we will not comment if maganda talaga yung ginawa nila.

piece of advice lang: you should listen to your customers. and improve the quality of your service.

ska we dont settle with the customer naman po hangat di sila satisfied
several instances that changes have been done sa product pra masunod ang gusto ng customer
