All I wanted was filling for bean bags and this proved way to hard. We called and requested that they deliver and I agreed to a ridiculous fee of 500 bucks for a next day delivery. We were out for the day and when we return there were no beans in site. When my girlfriend called to see what happen the response was "I forgot", nothing else just "I forgot". Understandable upset, my girlfriend asked how could you just forget and asked when can they deliver? The response was then that they did not want our business as my girlfriend was angry with her and that we had not paid them any money yet so "wala"... What the?!?! What do you expect us to be happy that you forgot and how the hell am I going to pay you money before you deliver????? Am I supposed to drive out there pay a deposit and drive back to wait for the beans? Sort of defeats the purpose of a delivery.
I called later demanding an explanation and the tune of this woman changed, it was no longer that she forgot, their truck is now in bad health! Well, what is it bad memory or bad truck?
Don't do business with these people and you will not be disappointed!
We’re very disappointed with this shop. We ordered a double-size upholstered bed frame last June 7 and paid half of it for the down payment. Our agreement is that they will finish it in 1 week. So by June 14 (after 1 week), we went to the shop just to check the status of our bed; we already thought that it may not be finished yet but we thought that it’s already in its finishing touches. To our dismay, they haven’t started doing our bed. So by June 17, I called Madhel to check again the status of the bed but again she said their carpenter went somewhere and they haven’t started the bed yet. She promised though to deliver it on Saturday (June 21) and latest is Sunday (June 22). So June 21 evening, we went again to the shop since they didn’t deliver the bed. My last bit of patience was gone when I saw that the bed was still in initial framing and found out that they just started doing it Friday (June 20). They said another excuses but I didn’t even bother about it, I just asked them to return our down payment. I was asking them when they can finish it but they cannot give me any date. 
Lesson here, its okay to buy to small shops (like Sargento) BUT ensure that they can deliver the item ON-TIME and with QUALITY. Checking on the bed that they are doing, I can say it’s not their expertise and their working place-it’s really sore in the eyes.
My suggestion is to check on other mid-class furniture manufacturer, it maybe more expensive but you can be sure of the service and the quality of the product.
